The Superlight helmet by TSG offers the classic low-profile stylings of a traditional skate helmet, combined with an ultra-lightweight In-mold construction. Weighing only 300 g, this featherweight features the brand's Snug Fit technology for genuine wobble-free, carefree comfort. The clean, utilitarian design appeals to hard-minded purists.

When TSG asked people if they needed an in-mold skate helmet, the response was overwhelmingly negative. Yet, the brand pressed on and created the Superlight, which became an instant success. Riders like Shaun White immediately started wearing it, and it remains the lightest helmet on the market, closely surrounding the head on the sides and back.

The Superlight's Snug Fit system is a key feature that TSG has developed. By analyzing the most diverse head shapes, the brand was able to design a helmet that precisely follows the curves of the human head, creating a contact ring where the head touches the helmet all around. This not only provides a superior fit but also gives the helmet a less bulky appearance.

In terms of protection, the Superlight utilizes In-Mold Construction, a technique that connects the shock-absorbing EPS liner directly to the polycarbonate shells, resulting in a lightweight yet extremely stable structure. The helmet is certified to the CPSC US-American bike helmet standard and the EN 1078 European bike and skateboard helmet standard.

The Low Fit design of the Superlight ensures that the helmet fully protects the entire back and sides of the head without impairing field of vision or restricting movement. To accommodate different head sizes, the helmet comes with two sizes of removable, machine-washable comfort pads.

Ventilation is also a key feature, with the Superlight boasting 14 vents and air flow channels that help reduce discomfort from sweating by providing cooling air and exhaust for warm air.
